Woven Wire Mesh is a rugged metal media that is reusable and offers high-strength. Typically made from Stainless Steel woven wire, the element is designed with shallow pleat pattern to provide efficient flow with optimum pressure drop. Shallow pleat construction simplifies the cleaning process, unlike sintered (porous) metal medias.
Note: CFS Micron Rating is rated at 99.9 % efficiency, some others rate at 98 % which throws the numeric values of micron slightly off. (i.e. Pall K media is 5 micron at 98%, and 10 micron at 99.9 %, and 13 micron at 100%) See below chart for various micron ratings at different efficiencies.
