Specifications

Cellulose Media is a Natural Fiber that stands up to a wide range of fluids, and provides effective filtration for particle separation. Cellulose provides structural properties and are typically pleated for effective dirt holding capacity. Cellulose is most often rated at Beta Rating 2 which is considered "Nominal" filtration rating due to a larger fiber. Natural Fibers typicaly provide lower price alternative to a Synthetic/Microglass Media. If upgrading to a Synthetic Media, the efficiencies are Rated much higher, typically at Beta 75/200, and will typically have longer life. See below for recommended Syn Media for same micron at equal efficiencies.
